These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the mcwguide platform. By creating an account or using any mcwguide service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out in this document. Players must be 18 years of age or older.

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and mcwguide (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity arising from any translation or summary of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Access to mcwguide is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the eligibility criteria set out in this section. mcwguide takes age verification and eligibility compliance seriously and employs multiple verification mechanisms to enforce these requirements.
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, participate in any game or sports betting market, or claim any bonus on mcwguide. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. mcwguide reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and may suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. mcwguide is operated with a primary focus on players resident in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. 2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence. If you are under any form of legal guardianship, or if any court order restricts your ability to enter financial contracts, you are not eligible to use mcwguide.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are ineligible to hold an mcwguide account regardless of age: (a) current employees of mcwguide or its affiliates; (b) immediate family members of mcwguide employees; (c) persons who are subject to an active self-exclusion order on mcwguide; (d) persons who have been permanently banned by mcwguide for prior Terms violations.
2.5 Verification Right. mcwguide reserves the unconditional right to verify any player's eligibility at any point. Until verification is complete, mcwguide may restrict deposits, withhold withdrawals, or suspend gameplay access. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during verification is a material breach of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one account on mcwguide. The registration process requires the provision of accurate personal information, and players bear ongoing responsibility for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
3.1 Registration Process. To register an account on mcwguide, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. mcwguide may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason.
3.2 One Account Rule. You are permitted to hold exactly one active mcwguide account. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account — including through the use of different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mcwguide will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held across the duplicates.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. mcwguide will never ask for your password in an unsolicited communication. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify mcwguide support immediately and change your password without delay.
3.4 Responsibility for Account Activity. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility regardless of whether you authorised that activity. mcwguide shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.5 Account Accuracy. If any personal information associated with your account changes — including your residential address, contact number, or email address — you must update your account details promptly. Outdated or inaccurate account information may delay KYC verification, withdrawal processing, or customer support responses.
All financial transactions on mcwguide are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via approved Bangladesh-market payment channels. The following provisions govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds from your mcwguide account.
4.1 Approved Payment Methods. mcwguide accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at mcwguide's discretion. The availability of any specific payment method may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and the policies of the respective payment provider.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your mcwguide account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. mcwguide does not impose any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees for which mcwguide bears no responsibility.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the mcwguide deposit screen at the time of transaction. These limits may differ by payment method. mcwguide reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. mcwguide reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
4.5 Own-Name Transactions. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. mcwguide will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment account from which the corresponding deposit was made, or to an account verified as belonging to the account holder.
4.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified on the mcwguide withdrawal screen. Players who have claimed a bonus must complete all applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-derived balance component becomes eligible for withdrawal.
4.7 AML Compliance. mcwguide is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) best practices, mcwguide may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited to your account. Unverified funds may be frozen pending satisfactory explanation and documentation. mcwguide cooperates with any lawful authority investigating suspected financial crime.
4.8 Currency. All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). mcwguide does not hold accounts in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
4.9 Disputed Transactions. If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, you must notify mcwguide support within 30 days of the transaction date. mcwguide will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, will correct the transaction. Claims submitted beyond the 30-day window may not be investigated.
mcwguide offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses and promotions offered by mcwguide are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence. mcwguide reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unexpired bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are provided in the individual promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. mcwguide takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited activity includes but is not limited to: claiming a welcome bonus using multiple accounts; placing opposing bets (hedging) to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; using bonus funds exclusively on games with no wagering contribution; and exploiting promotional terms in a manner that mcwguide determines to be contrary to the spirit of the offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, mcwguide may void all bonuses and associated winnings without compensation.
5.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. The mcwguide welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an mcwguide account under any identity or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus. Welcome bonus amounts, minimum qualifying deposit thresholds, and wagering requirements are specified on the current promotions page and may be updated periodically.
5.6 Maximum Bet Restriction. While bonus funds remain active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports selection is limited to an amount specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets above the maximum permitted bet while bonus funds are active is a breach of bonus terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
By using mcwguide, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that respects the integrity of the platform, other players, and applicable law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited.
You must not attempt to defraud mcwguide or any other player by any means, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, fabricated identification documents, chargeback fraud, or any other dishonest method. Fraudulent activity will be referred to law enforcement authorities and all funds associated with the account will be frozen pending investigation.
The use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that interacts with the mcwguide platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain is also prohibited. Identified exploits must be reported to mcwguide support immediately.
You must not participate in, facilitate, or have advance knowledge of any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion that affects the outcome of any Sporting Event on which you have placed a wager on mcwguide. Suspected match-fixing will be reported to relevant sports governing bodies including the ICC, BCB, and FIFA.
You must provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information in your mcwguide account at all times. Providing false information — including false age, false name, false address, or false payment details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You must treat mcwguide support staff, other players, and live dealer staff with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language directed at any mcwguide employee or player through any communication channel is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You must use mcwguide solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the Platform for money laundering, tax evasion, financing illegal activity, or any other unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited. mcwguide will cooperate fully with any lawful authority investigating suspected criminal use of the Platform.
mcwguide reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account in the circumstances described below. Players also retain the right to close their own account at any time.
7.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your mcwguide account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded via your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification.
7.2 Suspension for Investigation. mcwguide may temporarily suspend your account without prior notice if it suspects that your account has been compromised, that suspicious activity has occurred, or that a Terms violation is under investigation. During suspension, deposits and withdrawals will be unavailable. mcwguide will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeframe where possible, subject to the constraints of any ongoing investigation.
7.3 Permanent Closure for Violations. mcwguide reserves the right to permanently close any account — and forfeit any bonus funds and, in cases of fraud or money laundering, any real-money balance — in circumstances including but not limited to: providing false registration information; operating multiple accounts; engaging in bonus abuse; use of automated betting software; fraudulent payment activity; match-fixing participation; and abusive conduct toward staff or players.
7.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months. mcwguide will notify the player via their registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. If no response or login is received within 30 days of notification, a monthly dormancy fee may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be permanently closed.
7.5 Effect of Closure. Upon permanent account closure, your licence to use the mcwguide platform is immediately revoked. You must not attempt to re-register after a permanent closure resulting from a Terms violation. Any attempt to circumvent a permanent closure will be treated as a further violation of these Terms.
mcwguide is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following provisions describe the responsible gaming tools available and the obligations of both mcwguide and players in maintaining a safe gambling environment.
8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment. mcwguide recognises that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a problem. We are committed to providing tools and resources that help players maintain control over their gambling activity and seek help when needed. Responsible gaming is not a legal formality on mcwguide — it is a core operational principle.
8.2 Deposit and Loss Limits. All registered players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through the mcwguide account settings panel. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
8.3 Session Time Limits. Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the system will log the player out automatically. Session time reminders may also be configured to appear at regular intervals during gameplay.
8.4 Cooling-Off Period. If you feel you need a short break from gambling, you may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks through your account settings. During a cooling-off period, your account will be suspended for deposits and gameplay. Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled early once activated.
8.5 Self-Exclusion. Players who believe they have a gambling problem may apply for self-exclusion through mcwguide support. Self-exclusion periods are available for minimum durations starting at 6 months, with permanent self-exclusion also available. During self-exclusion, your account will be fully suspended and you will be removed from all marketing communications. Any real-money balance will be returned via your registered payment method. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the agreed period has elapsed.
8.6 Seeking Help. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, mcwguide strongly encourages you to seek support. Please contact mcwguide support at [email protected] and request a self-exclusion or refer yourself to a gambling support organisation. Gambling is for entertainment only — it should never be used as a means to solve financial problems. All gaming on mcwguide is for adults aged 18 and above.

The following provisions address mcwguide's liability limitations, intellectual property rights, governing law, and miscellaneous legal matters that form part of this Agreement.
9.1 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcwguide shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. mcwguide's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 Service Availability. mcwguide makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party system failures, or Force Majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. mcwguide shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, provided mcwguide takes reasonable steps to minimise disruption and restore service promptly.
9.3 Intellectual Property. All content on the mcwguide platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of mcwguide or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of mcwguide content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
9.4 Privacy. mcwguide collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on this site and forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. mcwguide handles all personal data with appropriate security measures and does not sell personal data to third parties.
9.5 Governing Law. These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between you and mcwguide that cannot be resolved through mcwguide's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. mcwguide's internal complaints procedure is the required first step before any formal dispute escalation. 9.6 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never existed.
9.7 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and mcwguide with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
